IDA and Health with Passion
I’ve been physically active my whole life. Growing up I played football and basketball. But when I quit playing at the age of 19, I gained 20 kgs. I had really bad eating habits and did’nt work out at all. It got to the point where my family told me that I had to do something about it, which I am forever grateful. So I joined a gym and started a diet, I lost the kgs and decided to compete in a women’s physique competition. I got into the best shape I’ve ever been in but I never felt so bad mentally. I placed second in that competition and after that was when I started yoyo-dieting. I never felt like I could be in good shape and still enjoy life.
Until one year ago, I decided to take control over my health and my relationship to food. Now I want to help others do the same. I don’t care about calories anymore, I eat healthy food and I work out and I’ve never been in better shape, both mentally and physically, than I am today. I finally LOVE myself and my body!
Do you Include nutritional guidance along with exercise for your clients?
Yes! Nutrition is key. You can go to the gym and work out but if you don’t eat according to your goal you’re never going to reach it. Nutrition is 75-80% and training is 25-20 %
