IDA and Health with Passion

I’ve been physically active my whole life. Growing up I played football and basketball. But when I quit playing at the age of 19, I gained 20 kgs. I had really bad eating habits and did’nt work out at all. It got to the point where my family told me that I had to do something about it, which I am forever grateful. So I joined a gym and started a diet, I lost the kgs and decided to compete in a women’s physique competition. I got into the best shape I’ve ever been in  but I never felt so bad mentally. I placed second in that competition and after that was when I started yoyo-dieting. I never felt like I could be in good shape and still enjoy life.

Until one year ago, I decided to take control over my health and my relationship to food. Now I want to help others do the same. I don’t care about calories anymore, I eat healthy food and I work out and I’ve never been in better shape, both mentally and physically, than I am today. I finally LOVE myself and my body!
